Summary:

Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide assessment, treatment planning, and implementation for referred patients, along with follow-up and discharge planning. Responsibilities include assisting with clinical operations, program development, and supervising Physical Therapy students, Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, and Volunteers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• BLS certification required.
• Must complete health screenings as required.

Work Type: Per Diem As Needed
