Job Description

Overview:
****Sign-on Bonuses up to $10,000.00****
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide nursing care for a designated group of patients, utilizing the nursing process and ensuring age-appropriate care. You will also participate in research and integrate findings into practice.

Qualifications:
Current RN license in Illinois, BLS certification within 30 days, and ACLS certification within one year required. Experience levels for Clinical Ladder positions range from 0-36 credits, with BSN preferred for higher levels.

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, delegate tasks, supervise LPNs and assistants, document care, precept new staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
