Job Description

We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in the East/South coverage area, including Columbia, Palmyra, and Dillwyn. Candidates should have home health experience and a commitment to clinical excellence.

• Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy services, initiating therapy programs, preparing clinical summaries, and supervising assistants.
• Qualifications: CAPTE-approved PT education, current state licensure, and 2 years of adult physical therapy experience.
