A Trained Medication Administrator (TMA) is needed to provide direct care to clients at the Connection and Referrals Unit, with evening and overnight shifts available.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate client appropriateness for admission and suggest alternatives.
Document clients’ physical and emotional conditions at admission and discharge.
Chart medications and health status accurately.
Document client behavior at least once per shift.
Make behavioral observations and answer crisis calls with empathy.
Report unusual incidents to supervisors.
Qualifications:
One year post-high school education in human services or two years of relevant experience.
Certified as a Trained Medication Aide.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
Compensation: Starting at $19.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
