Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Starting Rate: $36.00 – $38.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500.

Shifts: Full-time/Part-time, Evening/Nights, 12-hour shifts available (7:00pm-7:00am). Weekend Warrior shifts (Saturday, Sunday) offer $36.00-$41.80 per hour. Additional shifts available with different pay rates.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care for residents.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services and scheduling staff.
• Maintain nursing standards and documentation.
• Support staff through coaching and policy adherence.

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited nursing school and valid RN license in New York.
• Minimum of 1-year RN experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge; physical endurance required.

Schedule: Day, Evening, Night, and Overnight shifts available.
