We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our long-term and post-acute care facility, known for exceptional customer service and high employee morale.

Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist will provide direct rehabilitation care to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
Active state license in good standing
Preferred: 1 year of experience in post-acute care
CPR certification required
Essential Functions:
Implement treatment plans and modify goals as needed
Oversee care provided by PTAs and students
Maintain accurate documentation and utilize therapy software
Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork
Demonstrate good body mechanics and professional integrity
