Minimum Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse preferred (LPN, LVN, or RN)
- Experience with scheduling databases and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Essential Functions:
- Assign caregiver shifts and monitor performance
- Manage staffing and scheduling needs
- Communicate with healthcare providers and families
