Job Description

The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) plays a crucial role in providing care and support to residents in healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facilities. Under a licensed nurse’s supervision, the STNA assists with daily living activities, ensuring residents’ comfort and well-being while promoting safety and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate health records.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort by following protocols.
• Provide emotional support and engage residents in activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current STNA certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
