Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment.
• Additional compensation available through a pay-per-test model.
• Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel incentives provided.
• Must be available for a minimum of 5 appointments per scheduled workday.
• State license required; licensed in GA is a plus.
• Job types include full-time, part-time, PRN, and travel nursing.
