This role involves supervising nursing staff, providing patient care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support patient and family services. The Clinical Supervisor also coaches employees and serves as a role model for clinical excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Certifications: Current RN license in New Mexico, BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or obtain within 6 months).
- Skills: Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care.
- Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
Environment: Works irregular hours with exposure to infectious diseases and requires physical stamina for patient care activities.
