Job Description

Position: RN – Medical/Surgical Dept.

Job Summary:

• Provide direct, age-appropriate patient care.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for effective healthcare delivery.
• Document nursing interventions and patient data accurately.
• Initiate treatments and emergency measures as per protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current RN licensure in Tennessee or compact state.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within 6 months.
• Prior hospital nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care.

Compensation: From $27.00 per hour, full-time with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Location: Sweetwater, TN (in-person work required).
