We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance the lives of residents in our Assisted Living facility. The LPN will provide wellness services in compliance with applicable standards and policies.

Schedule: Part-time, flexible weekends with potential for additional hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely documentation of medications and treatments.
  • Safe storage and accurate recording of medications.
  • Administer tube feedings and assist in caregiver training.

    • Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program with a valid Arizona LPN license.
  • CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required.
  • Experience in geriatrics preferred.
