Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for various full-time positions with rotating shifts, including day/evening and evening/awake overnight schedules. Candidates must have experience in inpatient psychiatric or substance abuse care, hold a valid Massachusetts nursing license, and be CPR certified. Responsibilities include planning and implementing individualized nursing care, providing trauma-informed group therapy, and maintaining a safe environment for patients. Essential competencies include knowledge of psychotropic medications and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Physical requirements include the ability to assist with patient care and participate in restraint procedures.
