Join a compassionate team as a Registered Nurse at the Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) in Westborough, MA, serving adolescents (ages 13-17) with mental health needs.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $45.00 – $47.00/hour + shift differentials.
• Flexible Work Schedules: Full-time and part-time shifts available.
• Shift Differentials: Additional pay for weekday and weekend shifts.

Your Role:

• Provide direct nursing care and conduct assessments.
• Manage medication administration and documentation.
• Support the emotional and physical well-being of youth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license.
• Commitment to trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with adolescents is a plus.
