We are seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, dedicated to serving patients in their homes and communities. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing hospice care, with a focus on community health education.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• 1-2 years of recent hospice care experience preferred
• Current state licensure
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Supervisory responsibilities for hospice aides
