Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services per physician’s plan.
• Advise and teach treatment procedures to clients and families.
• Assist in evaluating patient function and develop care plans.
• Maintain clinical records and supervise therapy assistants.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
