Join our team as a Full-Time LPN with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Openings available on all shifts, including Full-Time 3rd Shift and Part-Time 1st & 2nd Shifts. Enjoy a $3 shift differential for 2nd Shift and a $5 differential for 3rd Shift in our 60-bed facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care for residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as needed.
  • Supervise nursing assistants.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current LPN License.
  • IV certification and medication administration skills.
  • Knowledge of state regulations and a positive attitude.
