We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for our 59-bed facility in Willard, offering flexible hours (5-15 hrs/week). Join our dedicated in-house therapy team focused on creating individualized care plans for patients.

  • Responsibilities include supervising COTAs, implementing care plans, conducting patient assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and proficiency in patient assessments.
  • Pay starts at $55.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule.
  • Experience with Net Health documentation is preferred.

    • Work location is in-person in Willard, OH.
