Job Description

We are seeking RNs with OASIS experience for home health contracts in Lincoln City, Oregon.

• Contract Details: $2,140 – $2,364 per week, 13-week contract, hourly pay, designated coverage area, 30 units of productivity weekly.
• Requirements: OASIS/Medicare experience, electronic charting, 1 year of home health nursing experience, Oregon RN License, BLS certification, valid U.S. driver’s license.
