Job Description

Nurse Practitioner Position Summary:

• Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm; no nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Patient Load: 5-8 patients per day, in-clinic only.
• Benefits: 100% covered medical, dental, and vision; retirement plan; $2,500 annual CME; 20 days PTO, 5 sick days, and pay for 11 holidays.
• Requirements: CA Nurse Practitioner license, 1 year of geriatric experience, and active DEA license.
• Responsibilities: Conduct exams, manage treatment plans, educate staff and caregivers, and provide emotional support.
