Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Bronx, NY

Salary: $240,000 – $263,000, with a wider range based on experience

Role Description: Seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment. Focus on quality care over service volume, with opportunities for new graduates and potential for Center Medical Director roles.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients
  • Oversee primary care administration
  • Prescribe medications
  • Maintain electronic medical records
  • Collaborate to meet health quality goals

    • Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Active state and DEA licenses

    • Preferred:

  • Fellowship in Geriatrics
  • Experience with geriatric populations and value-based care
