Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and collaborate on care plans.

- Supervise LPNs and HHAs, ensuring timely documentation.
- Participate in clinical development and on-call services.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of clinical RN experience and current RN license.
- CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
