Job Description

Join as a Newly Licensed Registered Nurse (NLRN) with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality nursing care using a holistic approach. NLRNs must be recent nursing graduates with a valid RN license and complete a residency program. Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, advocating for patients, facilitating learning, ensuring safety and quality, and engaging in professional development.
