We are seeking a *Licensed Mental Health Counselor* for a part-time position at Sebastian County Jail in Fort Smith, AR, offering a salary of $36/hr.
*Responsibilities include:*
Assessing psychiatric emergencies and providing crisis intervention for inmates. Conducting suicide evaluations and coordinating care with facility and medical staff. Developing individualized treatment and release plans for inmates with mental health issues. Providing MAT/substance abuse counseling and mental health training for jail staff. Participating in on-call responsibilities. *Qualifications:*
Master’s degree in social work, clinical psychology, or related field. Licensure as LPC, LCSW, LADC, or LMFT is required. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential mental health care in a correctional setting.
