Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 per visit, processed bi-weekly.

Shift: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8/9 AM to 4/5 PM (flexible).

Summary: The PT evaluates patient needs, formulates treatment plans, and provides therapy services in a home care setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, overseeing assistants, and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience, active state licensure, CPR certification, and valid driver’s license required.
