Job Summary:

The role involves providing high-quality therapy services to patients while supervising therapy assistants, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients’ functional status and developing comprehensive care plans.
• Creating treatment programs and setting goals for patient improvement.
• Communicating care plans with physicians and other professionals.
• Instructing patients and families on treatment regimens and adaptive equipment.
• Maintaining clinical records and participating in discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current therapy license and registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
