Job Description

This full-time Home Health Occupational Therapist position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule of 64-80 hours per pay period, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Candidates must be licensed in Minnesota, have CPR certification (or obtain it within 6 months), and possess a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle.
