Job Description

The Advanced Practitioner Provider will join a team in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, focusing on acute and post-acute care. Responsibilities include:

• Independent assessment and management of functional impairments.
• Collaboration with clinical teams to optimize patient care and recovery.
• Providing comprehensive Physiatric medical care, including pain and wound management.
• Engaging with patients and families for education and support.
• Documenting care and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include a Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan, a Master’s Degree in Nursing, and BLS certification. Preferred experience in rehabilitation settings and strong communication skills are also desired.
