**Overview:**

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide and coordinate comprehensive care for acutely ill patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.

**Qualifications:**
Education: Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
Licensure: Licensed in Illinois; CPR certification required.
Experience: 2-3 years preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, clinical knowledge, and proficiency in information systems.

**Responsibilities:**
Assess patient health, develop individualized care plans, implement interventions, evaluate progress, document accurately, prioritize tasks, collaborate with healthcare teams, advocate for patients, and adapt teaching strategies. Provide age-appropriate care and support patient experience initiatives.
