Join a dynamic team of Occupational Therapists (OTs) in home healthcare, serving Fresno County and surrounding areas. This role involves providing compassionate care to diverse patients in their homes, managing your own caseload, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions and document observations.
  • Monitor vital signs and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
  • Evaluate therapeutic needs and recommend tools to enhance quality of life.
  • Educate patients and families on home healthcare strategies.

    • Requirements:

  • Valid OT license from California.
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Current CPR certification and TB clearance.

    • Pay ranges from $52.00 to $60.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and a flexible schedule. Relocation to Fresno, CA is required.
