Position: Registered Nurse ACT (Assertive Community Treatment)
Location: Duluth, MN
FTE: Full Time
Salary: $63,376.01 – $80,282.81 (Dependent upon Experience)

Summary: The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care to clients with severe mental illness in collaboration with the ACT team.
Duties:
Deliver clinical services in-office and in the field, including triage, vital signs, and care coordination.
Assist in evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing care for ACT clients.
Conduct crisis evaluations and provide patient education.
Maintain documentation and manage a small caseload.
Travel required for field services.
Qualifications:
A.A. or B.A. degree in Nursing.
Minimum one year of psychiatric nursing experience.
Knowledge of community psychiatric systems preferred.
