HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST NEEDED – FT, PT, PER DIEM, BENEFITS, PTO

Job Description

We are seeking per diem, part-time, and full-time Physical Therapists for home health visits in the Jacksonville area. Immediate cases are available, and we offer competitive pay rates ranging from $65.00 to $90.00 per hour, with full-time compensation based on experience.

• 5-star rating with Medicare
• Paid time off and health/dental insurance for full-time employees
• Experience with Medicare and related plans required
• Training provided for Kinnser software
• Bonuses available

Expected hours are 10 to 32 per week, with a schedule of Monday to Friday and weekends as needed. A valid Physical Therapy License is required. We look forward to expanding our team!
