We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide medical care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities in Ithaca, New York. This role offers a flexible schedule with no weekend, night, call, or holiday work. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting health assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Managing chronic conditions and acute illnesses.
• Ordering diagnostic tests and prescribing medications.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals for holistic care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
