Job Description

This evergreen job posting invites qualified candidates to apply for future BCBA opportunities. The BCBA will manage a caseload of 8-12 clients, conducting evaluations and developing therapy programs while providing parent training and mentoring RBTs.

Essential Functions:

• Assess clients and recommend treatment hours.
• Develop and update individualized therapeutic programs.
• Mentor RBTs and supervise their hours.
• Complete required documentation and coordinate care.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain a caseload of 28 therapy hours weekly.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field and current BCBA certification.
• Experience in a clinic setting.
