Job Description

Summary: The Nurse operates independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for patient care, addressing complex needs, administering treatments, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

• Facilitates patient flow and discharge processes.
• Directs nursing care and unit operations.
• Ensures safe practices and quality care.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, 1 year of experience, BLS certification, and RN license required.
