> REF:#d2aa928ac579784fWe are seeking Masters Level Clinicians (AMFTs, APCCs, ASWs) for the role of Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) to support underserved children and families. ICCs will conduct assessments, treatment planning, and case management while collaborating with social workers, schools, and community partners. Ideal candidates are passionate about serving youth with mental health challenges, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and seek ongoing training. - Provide assessment, crisis intervention, and intensive case management.
- Guide the wraparound process and develop client plans.
- Collaborate with community resources and maintain accurate case records.
- Must have a valid CA driver’s license, a Master’s degree, and be BBS registered.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred; experience with SED youth is a plus.
