- Assessing and diagnosing patients’ nutritional needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized nutrition care plans.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Conducting research and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Providing education and training to staff and patients.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field, completion of an accredited dietetic internship, and eligibility for RDN licensure in North Carolina.
