Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team, offering a competitive salary of $80,000 – $85,000 annually, with relocation assistance available. The role involves conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree. Candidates should hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess current state licensure or eligibility.
