Job Summary:
Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and delivering quality nursing care to a designated group of patients. Supervises LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and other staff, and may act as charge nurse. Care provided includes older adolescents, young adults, adults, geriatric, and pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update comprehensive nursing care plans.
Implement and evaluate patient care based on established plans.
Educate patients and families on health-related topics.
Ensure effective communication and documentation of patient conditions.
Maintain patient safety and adhere to healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
6 months to 1 year of RN experience or active GN permit.
BLS certification and RN license required.
