Job Description

Position: Registered Nurse – Home Health Care

Hours: Full-Time

The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of the Home Health Nurse Director, coordinating care with other nursing personnel.

Job Duties:

• Establish and follow patients’ care plans.
• Perform supervisory visits and document care accurately.
• Provide discharge instructions and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor patients’ daily living activities and adjust care as needed.
• Conduct safety evaluations and comply with infection control policies.
• Participate in on-call and weekend duties.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a current Tennessee license.
• One year of nursing experience or completion of an orientation program.

Pay starts at $27.00 per hour. Drug testing is required for all applicants.
