Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, relevant licenses/certifications (e.g., Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist), and BLS certification. Candidates should have at least 4 years of supervisory experience and strong communication skills to effectively manage and motivate staff.
Estimated salary range: $100,053.84 – $130,069.99 per year, based on experience. EOE, including disability/vets.
