Responsibilities:
- Assist in Admission/Discharge processes
- Complete accident/incident reports
- Transcribe Physician orders and document resident information
- Administer medication as ordered
- Participate in Care Planning and conferences
- Maintain rapport with all disciplines
- Continuing education participation
Must be a licensed RN/LPN in the state and able to interact tactfully with all stakeholders.
