Job Summary:

Join a supportive team as a Physical Therapist (PT) with a $6000 sign-on bonus and 12-week mentorship programs for new grads. This role involves providing direct rehab care to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to all regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Active state license in good standing.
• Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care.
• CPR certification required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and modify treatment plans.
• Oversee care provided by PTAs and students.
• Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality.
• Participate in community health projects.
