We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our home health team in Oakland, PA. Our mission focuses on providing innovative, patient-centered care in the home environment, utilizing technology to enhance care delivery. We offer competitive pay, with RNs earning between $40-$120 per visit and LPNs earning $29-$35 per visit, with potential annual earnings up to $80K.

  • Sign-On Bonus options: RNs can receive up to $15K over three years; LPNs can receive up to $7.5K.
  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Qualifications: Current PA RN or LPN license, home health experience preferred.

Applicants must be able to work independently and possess a valid driver’s license. Relocation to Squirrel Hill, PA is required before starting work.
