The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for various patient care and administrative tasks to support both patients and healthcare providers. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm across locations in Woodbury, Eagan, and Hudson, WI. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for new hires with a 12-month commitment. Key responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, measuring vital signs, managing patient information, assisting with medical procedures, and coordinating schedules. Candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant certifications, and 1-3 years of medical clinic experience. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
