We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCSW) with inpatient psychiatric experience to join our interdisciplinary treatment team. The Clinician will provide therapeutic group and individual services to patients dealing with emotional or substance abuse issues.
Responsibilities include providing therapy, developing treatment plans, applying Cognitive Behavioral Theory, contributing to discharge planning, and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements: Masters Degree in a relevant field, required licenses, and a minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in inpatient psychiatry.
Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills; knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses; basic PC skills; and the ability to multitask.
