• Expediting the admissions process for Grace-owned programs.
• Obtaining and clarifying prescriptions, assessing residents, and monitoring health metrics.
• Hiring and training staff for resident care and medication management.
• Developing Individual Service Plans and conducting annual evaluations of nursing staff.
• On-call responsibilities and monitoring residents outside the facility.
