Registered Nurse Up to 10k Bonus – Behavioral Health

Join our team at a new, state-of-the-art behavioral health hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as a Full-Time RN. We are opening an older adult unit and offer competitive sign-on bonuses: $5k for day shifts (7am-7:30pm) and $10k for night shifts (7pm-7:30am). Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, maintaining medical records, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards. Candidates must have an accredited nursing degree, a current RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care. CPR and de-escalation training will be provided upon hire.
