Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse for the Emergency Department and other clinical settings, who can practice independently and provide both routine and complex care according to patient treatment plans. The role involves critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to manage clinical situations by delegating tasks appropriately.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the nursing process for patient assessment and care.
• Administering medications and monitoring treatment effectiveness.
• Documenting patient information and providing education to patients and families.
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency and another specialty.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS within 30 days of hire.
• RN License in the state of employment or compact required.

This is a full-time position with a variable work schedule.
