The Arbors of Shelburne is seeking compassionate LPNs/RNs for full-time evening shifts, offering competitive pay of $36-$42/hr plus shift differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in a supportive, home-like environment, working closely with a dedicated team to build lasting relationships with residents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and documenting residents’ health status.
  • Reporting changes in resident behavior and health.
  • Supervising Resident Care Assistants.
  • Coordinating care with community providers.
  • Preventing elder abuse and responding to emergencies.

    • Requirements:

  • Current LPN license and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program.
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience with the elderly is highly desirable.
